Alicia changed personal training for me because she made it personal! And fun. I’ve only had a handful of PT sessions at gyms where I felt like a number and a number that was doing everything wrong. She personalizes workouts and she gets to know what you need to work on. That being said, she also discovers what you find easy and so gives you less of that. Which is cruel, but effective because she is forever pushing you out of your comfort zone. She also gives you the confidence to know what you’re doing with your body and with equipment so when you workout without her, you have a lot more knowledge to train safely and effectively. She also understands every body is different and so is every goal.

I will give Alicia an infinite amount of stars! Alicia has been training me since the birth of my third baby and i have needed her guidance, energy, humor and spirit. Alicia is an expert trainer that keeps me on top of my goals and is a total professional. She tracks everything we do and helps push me further each time. I have gained so much strength, lost about 15 pounds and the best part is that i'm happy to see her and do the work. If we didn't train, it would be hard for me to keep myself accountable, but it is a wonderful gift to be able to train with her every week.

Absolutely love working with Alicia! She makes my workouts interesting & enjoyable. Alicia is the greatest! She really listens to your goals and puts so much thought and care into designing a plan just for you. Every workout is worth it. She pushes you to work hard in just the right way (without creating an intimidating/discouraging vibe). I'm always spent after our work outs, but always excited for the next session and I definitely see the results of our work together.

Alicia is an amazing trainer and was a great help during my marathon training. She listened to my goals and created a great plan to work alongside and supplement my running schedule. She is very warm an easy to talk to and was excellent at motivating and making our training sessions fun.
Also her knowledge is great, she was very good at helping me with my form and technique to make sure I was working out correctly and avoiding injury. Even teaching me how I should stretch/warm down during my running plan outside of our sessions.

I realized it was time to make a change. I was either going to end up with a cane in 10 years or worse. I needed to get moving and do something. I met Alicia and we hit it off right away. She's this tiny lil thang and I'm thinking, Oh great, she's going to be easy and and have me walk and that's it. Nope. That sweet demeanor is a cover for the bad ass she is.
She had me doing squats, lunging (I still don't like her for that) and planks. I always left my workouts beat, barely able to walk and by the time I reached the car, I was grateful I was actually able to do those things. She knew what I wanted to work on, helped me achieve those goals and got me on track. She is a great trainer and I'm bummed I had to move. I still continue to use the techniques she showed me and I am eternally grateful.
